- My favorite Emily Tilton thus far! The heroine is finally someone with a modern sensibility and I'm impressed with the author's versatility in how she imagines the confrontation between a female physician and the culture of discipline. A lot of fun and very hot! More true relationship than in some others of her books.

- Incredible! If you are a fan of spanking romance then you already know that Emily Tilton is a leading author in the field and is very prolific. I have been privileged to able to read a vast majority of her works and enjoyed them all. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would find one of her stories to be far and away better than the rest simply because they are all so good, but this is it! Without doubt this is her most sensuously erotic spanking romance EVER. The story line, parallel or multiple universes, is good in its own right but when you add in loving domestic discipline, sweet sensuous sex, and cap it all off with a graphically erotic wedding night consummation, well, it really doesn’t get any better. To say that I thoroughly enjoyed this book would be the biggest understatement of 2017. I give it five very large stars, only because there is no higher rating available.
I received this book as an advance review copy from the publisher. - From the first three word I was impressed. Jenna Burke, MD - how refreshing to have an actual medical doctor as the heroine. The background was so beautifully scripted, it was easy to imagine Jenna's confusion and incredulity at her new environment. The hero is what one hopes to be - strong, gentle, understanding, but determined. With several discipline scenes and lots of hot, steamy sex scenes, I got lost in the story. This well-written book is a winner! I received this book from Stormy Night Publications as an advanced reader copy.

I wish some authors would out more work and effort into this stories instead of just writing about sex, this could've been an interesting story line had Miss Tilton taken the time to develop it more. I'm fast losing respect for her, if all she's interested in is writing porn then I'll be ignoring her books from now on and find another author who can give a well develop story along with some adult content! - This spanking romance by Emily Tilton has an unusual twist as the story takes place in a parallel universe.
Jenna Burke wakes up in a hospital after an accident with an experiment in her physics lab, she is surprised by the attitude of the doctor who examines her. His refusal to believe she is a trained physician herself comes as a surprise and Jenna's angry reaction results in her being placed into the care of Dr. Michael Weathers, a psychiatrist.
Jenna discovers that the reality in which she now finds herself in differs significantly from her own past. Most importantly, the men of this time/world are more than ready to take a woman in hand and believe in domestic discipline.
Jenna finds herself wondering what it would be like to belong to a dominant man like Dr. Michael Weathers. Can a woman from her time/world find love and happiness in his old-fashioned world?
The author developed strong captivating relationships between characters, Jenna and Michael that keep you hooked from the first page until the last.
I really enjoyed this book.
